Description

Our Den Bosch factory produces a variety of consumer electronic products distributed across Europe. We focus on innovative design and reliable production methods.

As a mid-level assembly worker, you will assemble electronic subcomponents, perform quality inspections, and assist in troubleshooting minor assembly problems. Collaboration with the engineering team is part of your daily routine to improve production efficiency.

The production hall is well-lit and climate-controlled to protect sensitive components. The role requires shift work including morning and afternoon rotations.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years experience in electronics assembly
• Ability to read assembly drawings and use test equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written English communication
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Team-oriented mindset
• EU work authorization
