Concrete Worker Assistant for Commercial Building Projects in Utrecht

Our construction firm in Utrecht focuses on commercial buildings and large-scale urban development. We seek a motivated Concrete Worker Assistant to join our concrete pouring and finishing teams. This role is integral to ensuring strong foundations and structural elements.

Your responsibilities include assisting with mixing and transporting concrete, preparing molds and forms, setting up reinforcing bars, smoothing surfaces, and cleaning tools and work areas after completion. Close cooperation with skilled concrete workers and foremen is essential to meet project quality and deadlines.

Work is physically demanding, requiring manual labor and lifting heavy materials in outdoor or partially enclosed building sites. Protective equipment is mandatory. Shifts are generally full-time weekdays, with occasional early starts or extended hours during critical pours.
