Description

Our confectionery production site in Utrecht is hiring assistants to join our dynamic team producing sweets, jellies, and other confectionery items. Daily tasks include measuring ingredients, mixing, operating production lines, and sorting finished products for packaging. You will also be responsible for cleaning production areas and maintaining ingredient stock levels. Work is done in a hygienic environment with adherence to food safety protocols. Shift work is required with early morning or afternoon shifts. We value employees who are detail-oriented and able to work quickly yet accurately. This role provides a stable full-time position with continuous training and a positive working culture.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work in shifts, including early mornings
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards
• Ability to work standing for long periods
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production procedures
• Basic English communication skills
