As a Customer Service Assistant, your daily responsibilities include engaging with customers to answer questions about products, packing and weighing fresh produce, ensuring cleanliness and order in the produce aisles, and assisting with stock rotation. You will collaborate with the produce manager to maintain freshness standards and help prepare orders for home delivery.

The role requires standing for extended periods and work during weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule. Safety protocols and hygiene standards are strictly observed to meet regulatory requirements. You will be working in a lively store environment with a multicultural team.
