Description

This growing consultancy in Utrecht requires an Office Coordinator to assist with the smooth running of daily office administration. The company is known for providing excellent client service and fostering employee growth.

The role focuses on coordinating schedules, maintaining office supplies, assisting with document preparation, supporting meeting arrangements, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

Working in a fast-paced but friendly office, you will enjoy a structured schedule from 9:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break. Collaboration with colleagues is essential to keeping the office organized and efficient.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work full-time onsite
