We are searching for an Experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to lead quality service efforts in our Utrecht supermarket. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail customer service and operations coordination.
Key responsibilities include overseeing customer service activities, handling escalated complaints, training frontline staff on service standards, managing customer feedback systems, and collaborating with store management to implement improvements.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work on the shop floor and in office tasks. Full-time shifts include weekends and evenings as required by store hours. Compliance with local labor and safety laws is maintained at all times.
