Description

Our agricultural research cooperative in Utrecht supports local farmers by providing crop health monitoring and advice to improve yields sustainably.

You will conduct regular field inspections, collect soil and plant samples, record data, and assist in analyzing crop performance. Duties include working with GPS mapping tools and digital record keeping.

Work is mostly outdoors with some data entry in office settings. You must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

We provide a structured training program and encourage continuing education related to sustainable farming.

Requirements

• 1-3 years agricultural or horticultural experience
• Basic knowledge of plant pathology and soil science
• Good English communication skills
• Competency with digital tools and data entry
• Valid EU work permit
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather
