Description

A well-established hotel catering team is looking for a Mid-Level Kitchen Assistant to support daily operations. You will prepare ingredients, assist chefs with cooking, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness while adhering to strict hygiene protocols.

The role includes shift work with some weekends, working in a well-equipped kitchen with friendly colleagues. You will be encouraged to participate in food safety training and contribute ideas to improve efficiency.

Requirements
