Mid-Level Utrecht Grocery Store Floor Manager Assistant

We are seeking an organized and proactive Floor Manager Assistant to support daily operations in our Utrecht grocery store. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years retail experience looking to take on more responsibility.

Your duties include supervising store floor activities, assisting staff with stocking and customer service, scheduling breaks, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. You will liaise between the store manager and shop floor staff to maintain smooth operations.

The position requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Shifts will vary and include weekends. The store complies fully with Dutch work and safety regulations.
