Description

Our Utrecht grocery store is recruiting part-time Checkout Clerks to join our cashier team. This position is perfect for entry-level candidates eager to develop skills in customer service and retail.

Daily tasks include scanning items, processing payments, providing receipts, answering customer questions, and maintaining a clean checkout area. Training on POS equipment and customer interaction is provided.

The role requires standing for the entire shift with a friendly approach towards customers. Weekend and evening shifts are available. The workplace adheres strictly to Dutch labor and health safety laws.

We offer an hourly wage at or above minimum wage and a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• No experience necessary; full training given
• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Work flexibility including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands
