Description

A well-established professional services company in Utrecht is seeking an energetic Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide general office support. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Daily duties include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, booking meeting rooms, and supporting administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.

The working environment is a busy, modern office with a team-oriented atmosphere. The schedule is standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime for special events.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Professional and friendly demeanor

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
