Description

We are looking for a senior assistant to support cheese production and maturation in our Utrecht facility. Responsibilities include overseeing milk processing, supporting molding and pressing operations, monitoring cheese aging conditions, and ensuring compliance with strict hygiene regulations. You will coordinate with the quality control team and help train junior staff. The role requires experience in dairy production environments and working knowledge of cheese maturation techniques. Requirements

• 3+ years experience in cheese production or dairy processing
• Understanding of cheese maturation and quality standards
