Our fast-growing automotive parts manufacturing company in Utrecht is seeking a senior assembly operator with technical expertise to lead production activities and ensure product quality.

The role involves supervising assembly line workers, troubleshooting machinery, assembling complex parts, and liaising with quality control to meet stringent standards. You will contribute to process improvements and training of junior staff.

Our factory follows rigorous safety and operational protocols and operates in a clean and organized environment. Shifts usually include days with scheduled overtime during peak demand.

We offer a competitive senior-level salary from €22.00 to €28.00 per hour, reflecting your experience and leadership. Career development and bonus incentives are part of the package.

Requirements

• 5+ years assembly experience in automotive manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Leadership skills with team coordination experience
• Ability to read advanced technical drawings
• Fluent English communication skills
