Description

We are looking for a cosmetically knowledgeable warehousing specialist to maintain stock accuracy and assist with logistics operations in our Utrecht cosmetics warehouse. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, organizing storage to optimize space, coordinating with delivery teams, and ensuring compliance with product handling standards. You will use inventory software daily and perform physical stock audits. The role requires an understanding of sensitive product handling and environmental controls such as humidity and temperature management. Work will occur during regular business hours in a clean warehouse environment. We provide training and encourage continuous skills development.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in warehousing or inventory management
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Basic English proficiency
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to lift moderate weights up to 20 kg
• Capable of working independently and in teams
• Interest in cosmetics products handling and storage
