Responsibilities include supervising department staff, ensuring compliance with fresh food safety standards, optimizing stock levels based on sales data, conducting staff training, and maintaining excellent customer service quality. You will be the key point of contact for store management regarding your department.

The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods, with scheduled shifts including weekends. You must be knowledgeable about Dutch food hygiene and health regulations.
