Description

Our vegetable processing facility in Venlo needs reliable agricultural laborers to assist with sorting, grading, and packing fresh vegetables for distribution. This is a physically active job requiring attention to detail and teamwork.

Tasks include inspecting vegetables for quality, removing defective items, packing produce into crates or boxes, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. You will work alongside quality control staff to meet standards.

Work is mostly indoors but may involve some outdoor loading activities. Shifts are full-time with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

The position offers a stable job with competitive pay and the chance to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Requirements

• Physical stamina for manual sorting and packing work
• Good eyesight and attention to detail
• Ability to work standing for long periods
• Basic English language skills
• Willingness to work shifts including early mornings
• EU work authorization
