Description

Our furniture factory in Venlo is seeking experienced assembly assistants to join our production team. You will support skilled craftsmen in assembling various furniture pieces from raw parts to finished products, ensuring precision and quality. Daily responsibilities include reading assembly instructions, using hand tools like drills and screwdrivers, fitting parts together, and inspecting final products. The role requires working in a temperature-controlled workshop with adherence to safety standards. We offer a supportive environment, ongoing training, and regular team meetings.

Requirements

• 1-2 years assembly experience in furniture manufacturing
• Good comprehension of assembly manuals
• Basic hand tool operation skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Good physical fitness
• Basic English proficiency
