Description

We are a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Venlo looking for a Production Assistant to support assembly and packaging operations for healthcare products. Our mission is to produce safe and effective medicines with strict quality assurance.

Your role includes preparing materials for production lines, monitoring packaging machinery, labeling products following specifications, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) protocols daily.

The position requires standing for extended periods and working shifts from Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime. Collaborative team work and adherence to safety rules are essential.

Requirements

• Previous experience or willingness to learn pharmaceutical production processes
• Understanding of GMP and hygiene protocols
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation is a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work standing and lifting up to 15 kg
• Team player with reliability and attention to detail
• EU work authorization
