Description

Our construction company in Venlo is looking for an experienced construction assistant to support skilled tradespeople on commercial building sites. We focus on timely and professional project delivery, emphasizing safety and quality. Your daily work will include assisting with material preparation, tool maintenance, scaffolding setup, measuring and marking, and supporting bricklayers, carpenters, and electricians. You'll help manage site logistics and ensure efficient workflow. Working conditions involve outdoor work in various weather conditions, use of protective equipment, and physically demanding tasks. Requirements

• 1-3 years experience as construction assistant or helper
• Knowledge of common construction tools and materials
• Ability to read basic technical drawings is a plus
• Good physical condition for lifting and standing for long periods
• Basic English proficiency
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• EU work permit holder
