Description

Our modern horticulture facility in Venlo specializes in growing a variety of vegetables using hydroponic systems. We are looking for an experienced assistant to support daily greenhouse operations and help maintain optimal plant health.

The main tasks include monitoring plant growth, adjusting nutrient solutions, pruning and trimming plants, and assisting with harvesting. You will also help maintain cleanliness and order in the greenhouse and support technical staff with data logging and basic equipment maintenance.

This role requires standing and moving inside the greenhouse for long hours, working with controlled climate systems, and adhering strictly to hygiene protocols. The work schedule is full-time with some flexibility possible.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience working in greenhouse horticulture
• Knowledge of hydroponic systems and plant nutrition
• Ability to work independently and in team settings

• Basic technical skills for equipment handling
• Good command of English
• Valid EU working permit
