Junior Meat Processing Assistant for Portion Cutting in Venlo Production Facility

This Venlo meat factory is recruiting Junior Meat Processing Assistants to support the cutting and portioning team. The company produces a variety of meat products such as steaks, ribs, and minced meat for wholesale and retail use.

Your main duties will include assisting experienced cutters by preparing raw meat, sorting different cuts, cleaning workstations, and packing finished products. Training is provided to ensure safe and hygienic handling of all materials. You will work closely with team members to maintain production flow and meet quality standards.

The factory environment is cold to preserve product freshness and complies with Dutch hygienic and safety requirements. Work hours are typically 8-hour shifts with breaks and occasional weekend shifts during busy periods. All personal protective equipment is supplied by the employer.
