Description

Our bakery facility in Venlo produces a variety of bread and pastry products for local and regional distribution. We are seeking dedicated production operatives to support the baking process from dough preparation to final packaging. Daily duties include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating ovens, monitoring baking times, and performing quality inspections.

The working environment is fast paced, warm, and requires standing for long periods. Employees must adhere to strict hygiene and safety rules. Early morning shifts are common due to baking schedules.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in bakery or food production
• Ability to follow recipes and production plans
• Good physical fitness and stamina

• Reliability and punctuality
