Description

Our confectionery factory in Venlo is looking for motivated candy production workers to support daily production processes. You will work on the production line assembling candy products, monitoring equipment, and packaging finished goods. Tasks include ensuring product consistency, maintaining hygiene standards, and operating simple machinery under supervision. The factory environment is well-lit and temperature-controlled. Shift work is required to meet production demands. We provide comprehensive training and a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Physical stamina to stand for long shifts
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Good attention to hygienic practices
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in food production is an advantage
