Description

A metal production factory in Venlo requires a CNC operator with additional mechanical maintenance skills to ensure continuous operation of metal-cutting machinery. The company values versatility and technical expertise to optimize productivity.

The role involves operating CNC machines to produce metal parts, performing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating with external technicians when necessary, and documenting maintenance logs. You will participate in safety and quality meetings regularly.

The position is full-time onsite, with occasional overtime during maintenance shutdowns. The work environment is an industrial factory with strict adherence to safety protocols and modern tools.

We offer a salary range of €19.00 to €23.00 per hour reflecting the combined responsibilities, along with benefits supporting your technical growth and stable employment.

Requirements

• 3+ years CNC operation experience plus mechanical maintenance skills
• Ability to diagnose and repair CNC machine issues
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in manufacturing
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Available for full-time onsite work in Venlo
• Safety conscious and detail-oriented
