A busy metalworking production company in Venlo is hiring CNC setup technicians responsible for preparing machines for production runs. The company specializes in small-to-medium batch productions requiring efficient setups and quick changeovers.
The daily scope includes interpreting production orders, configuring CNC machines, setting tool paths, calibrating equipment with measuring instruments, conducting first-piece inspections, and adjusting settings to meet quality standards. You work closely with operators and engineers to optimize throughput.
The role is onsite full-time during day shifts in a structured manufacturing environment equipped with the latest CNC machinery. Safety and precision are emphasized throughout the production process.
Salary ranges from €17.00 to €19.50 per hour depending on experience, with training provided to refine setup and measurement skills.
