Description

A medium-sized farm near Venlo is seeking a mid-level agricultural worker to assist with crop cultivation, field preparation, and basic machinery operation. Our farm produces vegetables and flowers with emphasis on quality and sustainable methods.

Daily work includes planting seeds and seedlings, fertilizing, weed removal, irrigation management, and assisting tractor operators. You will also support the harvest team when crops are ready for picking.

Fieldwork takes place outdoors in varying weather conditions and requires physical stamina and willingness to learn machinery operation under supervision.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in agricultural fieldwork
• Basic knowledge of crop production and field equipment
• Physical fitness for outdoor labor
• Ability to follow safety guidelines
• Good communication skills in English
• EU worker authorization
• Reliability and punctual attendance
