Description

A well-known flower bulb farm in the Venlo area is looking for experienced workers to assist with sorting, grading, and packaging flower bulbs. The business delivers high-quality bulbs both domestically and internationally.

The daily routine includes inspecting bulbs for size and quality, removing damaged ones, packing bulbs into crates or bags, and labeling for shipment. Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the workspace is vital.

Work is primarily indoors in a controlled environment with some physical lifting. The schedule is full-time with seasonal workload peaks.

We provide fair compensation above Dutch minimum wage, proper work equipment, and a professional team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in bulb handling or similar agricultural work
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness
• Attention to quality and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Basic English proficiency
• Valid EU working rights
