We are a reputable seafood processor located in Venlo, specializing in premium fish fillets for retail and food service. Due to expansion, we seek experienced Fish Filleting Specialists to join our production team and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.

This role involves manual filleting of various fish species using knives and filleting machines, sorting fillets according to quality standards, and assisting in process optimization. Maintaining hygiene and safety standards is critical, as is working alongside other skilled team members.

The work environment is cold and requires standing for long periods while performing precise and repetitive motions. Candidates must be able to follow strict quality protocols and work efficiently under production targets.
