Description

A prominent hotel in Venlo seeks a Housekeeping Team Lead to supervise cleaning staff, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet top-quality standards.

You will organize shift schedules, conduct quality checks, train new staff on cleaning protocols, and report maintenance or guest issues to management. You ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and serve as a role model for the team.

The role demands leadership skills, hospitality experience, and availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
