Description

A leading metal manufacturing plant in Venlo is looking for skilled CNC operators with 1-3 years of experience to join their team. The company focuses on precision milling parts for automotive and industrial clients, supporting continuous process improvement and quality assurance.

The daily responsibilities include programming CNC milling machines, setting up complex metal parts, monitoring production quality, troubleshooting minor machine faults, and collaborating with maintenance teams for efficient operation. Operators are expected to ensure adherence to technical specifications and production deadlines.

Working conditions consist of a standard 40-hour workweek on-site with occasional overtime during peak periods. The plant is equipped with the latest CNC technology and safety measures. Employees will interact regularly with colleagues and supervisors in a structured environment prioritizing safety and teamwork.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of CNC milling experience in metal industry
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings and CNC programming
• Knowledge of tooling setup and quality inspection
• Ability to identify and solve basic machine issues
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work onsite in Venlo
• Flexibility for occasional overtime
