Description

Our Venlo-based pharmaceutical lab is seeking an experienced Laboratory Assistant to support research, testing, and quality control activities in healthcare product development. Our company prides itself on innovation and safety standards within pharmaceutical processes.

Daily responsibilities include preparing samples for analysis, operating laboratory equipment, recording experiment results accurately, and maintaining a sterile workspace. You will support senior lab technicians and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.

The role requires working in a controlled lab environment with safety protocols, including wearing lab coats and gloves. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30, with occasional overtime during project peaks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical laboratory settings
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to operate basic lab instruments and maintain documentation
• Attention to detail and accuracy under supervision
• Basic English proficiency for lab documentation
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams
• EU work eligibility
