Description

We invite an experienced Pharmaceutical Laboratory Specialist to join our advanced healthcare testing facility in Venlo. Your expertise will contribute to the development and quality assurance of cutting-edge pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities include performing complex analyses, validating test methods, maintaining lab instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support research and production.

The position requires deep technical knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Standard work schedule is full-time with occasional project-related overtime.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of specialized experience in pharmaceutical laboratory testing
• Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation and quality standards
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• EU legal work status
