Description

Our Venlo-based construction company is looking for a construction helper to support the development of industrial sites. The role includes loading and unloading materials, assisting with scaffolding, cleaning and preparing work areas, and supporting all trades as needed. This hands-on position requires physical stamina and a focus on safety. Work takes place primarily outdoors and may involve variable weather conditions. We provide protective gear and clear safety instructions. The job offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for learning and advancement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction or industrial settings advantageous
• Good physical condition suitable for manual labor
• Basic understanding of construction site safety
• Ability to work well in a team
• English communication skills
• EU work eligibility
