A respected precision metal parts manufacturer located in Venlo seeks an experienced senior CNC lathe operator to join their production team. The company produces high-tolerance components for aerospace and medical industries, emphasizing quality and reliability.

Your daily tasks will include programming and operating CNC lathe machines for complex metal parts, overseeing the full production process, conducting dimensional measurements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior operators. You will also coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and implement process optimizations.

The role is based onsite with a full-time schedule, involving working in a climate-controlled factory environment equipped with advanced CNC technology and safety protocols. Collaboration with engineers and quality control teams is integral to the position.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of CNC lathe operation experience
