We are an established construction company in Venlo looking for a senior construction helper with technical skills to support complex building projects. The role includes assisting with installation of frames, drywall fitting, basic electrical conduit preparation, and technical measurements. You will also mentor junior helpers and ensure safety compliance. The working environment demands physical effort and technical accuracy, often working outdoors and indoors in varied weather conditions. Requirements

• Minimum 4 years construction helper experience
• Technical knowledge of construction materials and tools
