A mid-sized restaurant in Venlo is seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to work closely with chefs in preparing ingredients and ensuring kitchen hygiene and organization.

Responsibilities include peeling, chopping, and washing vegetables, preparing sauces, plating dishes under supervision, cleaning kitchen equipment, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen with a multi-shift schedule including lunch and dinner service. Teamwork and communication in English are important for smooth operations.

Requirements
