Description

We are looking for a Senior Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning teams across multiple hospital locations in Venlo. You will oversee the highest standards of hygiene within patient care areas and public hospital spaces.

Your responsibilities include scheduling cleaning staff, conducting quality inspections, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, and reporting to hospital management. You will also train staff on new cleaning protocols and safety measures.

The role requires strong leadership skills and knowledge of healthcare cleaning standards. Work involves office time for planning and on-site visits. Shifts are mainly day-based with some flexibility needed for emergencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising healthcare cleaning teams
• In-depth knowledge of hospital hygiene standards and infection prevention
• Leadership and people management skills
• Good command of English for team communication

• Computer skills for scheduling and reporting
• EU work authorization
