We are a construction firm in Venlo searching for a construction site cleaner specialist responsible for maintaining clean and safe working environments across various building sites. This role is crucial to ensure compliance with safety regulations and smooth project workflow. Your daily duties include debris removal, sweeping and washing surfaces, emptying waste containers, and supporting teams by organizing site materials. Work conditions involve outdoor physical work, handling waste safely, and working alongside skilled construction crews. Requirements

• Prior experience in construction site cleaning or similar
• Understanding of safety and cleanliness protocols
• Physical fitness to manage demanding cleaning tasks
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and waste disposal methods
• Good communication skills in English
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Valid EU work status
