Fish Deboning and Trimming Technician for Venlo Seafood Processing

Join our growing fish processing plant in Venlo as a Deboning and Trimming Technician. We process high volumes of fresh and frozen fish for retail and gastronomy markets across Europe.

Your daily duties will include removing bones and excess tissue from fish fillets, trimming to precise specifications, preparing products for packaging, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role requires precision, good hand-eye coordination, and adherence to health and safety rules.

Work is physically demanding and performed in chilled production areas. Standing for full shifts and working with sharp tools is standard. Training will be provided for all tools and procedures.
