Description

Located near Apeldoorn, our flower bulb farm is looking for mid-level agricultural workers to support our planting operations. We produce a wide range of bulbs aimed at export markets, focusing on quality and efficiency.

You will assist with field preparation, manual and machine-assisted bulb planting, pest monitoring, and irrigation activities. Collaboration with agronomists and team leads is essential to maintain production standards.

Working conditions include outdoor labor with seasonal schedules, Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours weekly. We ensure compliance with all Dutch health and safety regulations and provide necessary protective equipment.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years agricultural field experience
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to operate simple agricultural tools and machinery
• Physical ability to work outdoors
• Teamwork and punctuality
• Valid EU work permit
• Attention to detail
