We operate a busy seedling production greenhouse near Waalwijk and are looking for entry-level assistants to support propagation and plant care processes. Our company grows vegetable and flower seedlings for commercial distribution and focuses on careful handling and high-quality production standards.
Daily tasks include sowing seeds, watering, monitoring plant growth, cleaning work areas, and assisting experienced staff with transplanting. Tasks require attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions. Work is mostly indoors in a climate-controlled environment with some physical activity.
We provide comprehensive training for new staff, a safe work environment, and a friendly team atmosphere. Work schedules are full-time with regular breaks and fixed hours from Monday to Friday.
Requirements

• Prior experience in agriculture is a plus but not required
