Description

We are looking for a specialized long-haul truck driver with ADR certification for hazardous goods transport. Our Waalwijk-based transport company handles time-sensitive and regulated deliveries throughout the Netherlands and Europe.

Daily responsibilities include planning secure routes for hazardous materials, conducting thorough vehicle and load safety inspections, and complying with ADR and transport regulations. Coordination with clients and control agencies is part of the role to ensure permits and documentation are accurate.

The job requires driving heavy trucks equipped for hazardous cargo, adhering to all safety measures, and sometimes staying overnight during longer journeys. You will maintain detailed transport logs and participate in regular safety training sessions.

We offer a competitive salary of €22.00 to €26.00 per hour, opportunities for permanent contracts, and a strong focus on safety and compliance support.

Requirements

• Valid CE driving license plus current ADR hazardous goods certification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hazardous goods transportation
• Excellent knowledge of ADR rules and European road transport regulations
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Basic English language skills, Dutch proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Clean driving record and medical fitness certificate
