Mid-Level Nursery Plant Caregiver for Ornamentals in Waalwijk

We are a commercial nursery specializing in ornamental plants and shrubs located in Waalwijk. Our company seeks a mid-level plant caregiver to assist with propagation, watering, pest management, and general maintenance of plants. The role involves working in greenhouses and outdoor beds to maintain healthy growth and prepare plants for shipment to garden centers.

Daily tasks include transplanting seedlings, applying fertilizers and protective treatments, monitoring plant development, and keeping production areas clean. You will use basic horticultural tools and follow safety protocols. We operate Monday to Friday with occasional overtime during busy periods.

Our nursery promotes a collaborative atmosphere with focus on quality and sustainability. We provide professional training and encourage staff to bring ideas to improve workflows. Employment is on a fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent.
