Description

A large commercial nursery in the Westland area is looking for plant care assistants to help with growing ornamental plants and shrubs for garden centers across Europe. Your daily tasks include watering, fertilizing, pruning, transplanting seedlings into larger pots, treating plants for pests, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work both in greenhouses and in outdoor growing areas depending on the season and plant type.

Working Conditions:

Location: Westland, Zuid-Holland
Salary: €14.71 - €15.50 per hour gross
Schedule: 38-40 hours/week, day shift (07:00-15:30) Monday to Friday
Contract: Dutch employment contract (Phase A, 78 weeks)

Requirements

No Dutch required. No experience needed - training provided. Interest in plants and gardening is a plus. Physically fit. EU citizenship or valid work permit. Minimum 3 months availability. Comfortable working outdoors.
