Description

Our plant nursery in Westland is looking for entry-level assistants to support young plant production. We grow a variety of ornamental and vegetable seedlings for commercial distribution.

Daily activities include sowing seeds, transplanting seedlings, watering, fertilizing, and monitoring plant health under supervision. You will also help maintain clean nursery benches and assist in preparing plants for transport.

The work is physically active and indoors, requiring attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards.

We provide paid training, fair wages, and a friendly work atmosphere accommodating newcomers to horticulture.

Requirements

• No experience required
• Basic English communication skills
• Physically able to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Reliable and motivated to learn
• EU citizenship with work authorization
