Description

Our leading construction firm in Zwolle is seeking a senior construction assistant with extensive experience to contribute to complex building projects. We pride ourselves on technical excellence and strong project management.

You will support site supervisors by coordinating helpers, managing tool and material logistics, assisting with complex assembly tasks, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards. Leadership and problem-solving will be key aspects of your daily work.

Work conditions involve both indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes requiring working at height or in confined spaces. The role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Full-time hours with some overtime apply.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience in construction assistance
• Leadership skills and ability to supervise teams
