Assistant in Sweet Packing Operations for Confectionery Factory in Zwolle

We are a confectionery production facility based in Zwolle seeking motivated assistants to support our sweet packing operations. Our factory produces high-quality candies and chocolates distributed throughout the Netherlands. Our team emphasizes product safety and timely delivery.

As a packing assistant, your responsibilities will include counting and sorting sweets, manually packing confectionery into boxes, ensuring correct labeling, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will also support packaging machine operators with material supply and minor adjustments.

The role requires working in a temperature-controlled environment in compliance with food safety standards. The job involves repetitive manual tasks, standing during shifts, and wearing hygienic protective gear such as hairnets and gloves. Working hours are scheduled in day shifts with some flexibility.

We provide a wage starting at EUR 14.71 hourly, full training on packing standards and safety protocols, supportive supervision, and a friendly workplace culture focused on inclusiveness.
