Description

Our bakery production facility in Zwolle produces fresh bread and pastry products daily for local retailers. We are hiring bakery production operatives to assist with dough preparation and process monitoring. The company prides itself on traditional baking techniques combined with modern production efficiency.

Daily tasks include measuring ingredients, mixing dough following recipes, monitoring dough resting times, and ensuring cleanliness of the preparation area. You will work directly with bakers and machine operators to support the flow of production and meet daily output targets.

The working environment is fast-paced and time-sensitive with standing and physical activity involved. You will work morning shifts starting early and must comply with hygiene rules, including wearing protective clothing and hairnets.

We offer a salary ranging from EUR 15.00 to EUR 17.00 per hour depending on experience, training on bakery safety and hygiene, and a chance to develop skills in artisanal bakery production.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bakery or food production preferred but not required
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand for hours
• Basic understanding of measuring and mixing
• Willingness to work early morning shifts
• Basic English skills
• Attention to food safety and cleanliness
• EU work eligibility
