EL Cookie Production Worker Handling Dough Preparation and Baking in Zwolle

A cookie manufacturing facility in Zwolle is looking for production workers to join our baking team. We produce a wide range of cookies supplied to supermarkets and retailers nationwide.
Daily tasks include measuring and mixing cookie dough ingredients, operating baking ovens, removing baked products, and packing final products. You will work in close cooperation with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure production efficiency.
The position involves standing for long periods, working in temperature-variable environments due to ovens, and following strict hygiene and safety standards. Shift work includes mornings and afternoons with breaks according to Dutch labor laws.
We offer hourly compensation between EUR 15.50 and EUR 18.00, structured training programs, and a friendly workplace atmosphere focused on teamwork and quality.
