Description

A well-established bakery distributor in Zwolle seeks distribution workers to prepare and load bakery products for delivery. The company supplies fresh bread, cakes, and pastries to supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants across the region, maintaining strict freshness standards.

Daily tasks involve sorting bakery items by destination, carefully packaging products for transport, loading pallets into delivery vehicles, and maintaining accurate shipment records. You will coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely dispatch.

The role requires physical strength for lifting bakery crates safely and working in warehouse conditions. Shifts are full day, Monday to Friday, with potential occasional weekend work during peak seasons. You need to follow hygiene rules applicable to food products in storage and transport.

We offer a competitive pay rate of EUR 15.50 to EUR 18.00 per hour, comprehensive training on product handling, and a dynamic warehouse environment where teamwork is key.

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kilograms regularly
• Attention to detail in product handling and record keeping
• Good organizational skills
• Basic English communication
• Reliability and punctuality
• Experience in warehouse or distribution preferred
• Valid EU work permit
